Important Notice
Visa application fees include both our service charges and government processing fees. Once an application has been submitted to Malaysian immigration authorities, the government portion of the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
1. Service Fee Refund

2. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to visa@malaysiavisa.org.in with your reference number.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are processed in the original payment currency.
- Bank charges or currency conversion fees (if any) are borne by the applicant.
3. Visa Rejection
In the event of a visa rejection by Malaysian immigration authorities, our service fee will be refunded after deducting processing costs incurred. The government visa fee is strictly non-refundable. We will notify you of the rejection via email within 24 hours of receiving the decision.
4. MDAC Applications
MDAC (Malaysia Digital Arrival Card) application fees are non-refundable once submitted, as the submission is processed instantly.
