Refund Policy reserves the right not to provide cash refunds in the event of early termination of a contract. Should you have any queries regarding your payment, please contact us promptly. In the event of an error in payment, the amount must be refunded to the correct account.

Once you have submitted your application via our website, we will initiate the submission process with the Malaysia Immigration/ High Commission. Please be advised of the following:

  • - If you choose to cancel or request a refund, please send us a mail or send a message via this website. Please note that your application has not yet been submitted to the Government for approval. There will be an application-specific fee of USD40 for Cancellation.
  • - If the application has been submitted for approval to the government, there will be no further action to be taken.
  • - Refunds will not be refunded if there are technical problems with the government page /website, including errors or software upgrades.
  • - Also, Visa payments are non-transferable if you decide not to use your visa after you complete the service.
  • - If the user applied on a different website, the Government Fees will only be refunded and a duplicate application will be submitted for the same passport.
  • - If you have paid twice or more for the same application because of a system problem, please send us the exact details and we will reimburse you for the extra costs.
  • - Don't forget that it takes 21 business days to get your money back. If you haven't heard from us yet, just let us know and we'll get back to you.

This Refund Policy only applies to fees we receive for services we provide in Malaysia. It doesn't cover visa application payments or resident permits you pay for through the Application Portal. The amount of the refund will be calculated after taking into account any fees you may have paid to Malaysia Online Visa, like bank charges, payment gate fees, and more. If you meet the requirements for a full refund, the Malaysia Online Visa will provide it.. Before you buy from us, make sure you understand the terms and conditions of the Refund Policy, and we reserve the right to change it‌. We will announce changes on our website and take effect as soon as we give notice. If you don't agree with the new policy, stop using our services. If you keep using them after the change comes into effect, you're agreeing to be bound by it.

The fee charged by us (the service fee and any additional service fees) is only refundable if the customer has paid for it. We may submit refund applications to us if the customer meets the refund eligibility criteria.
