Malaysia eVisa is a visa consultancy and documentation service platform. We assist applicants in preparing and submitting Malaysia visa applications to the relevant immigration authorities. We are not affiliated with the Malaysian Government.

Our service fee is separate from any official government fees. We provide consultancy, documentation review, and submission services only. Visa approval is the sole discretion of the Malaysian immigration authorities.

• All information submitted must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for rejection and may have legal consequences.
• Documents uploaded must be valid, legible, and meet the requirements specified.
• It is the applicant's responsibility to apply well in advance of the intended travel date.
• Applicants must ensure their passport has sufficient validity (minimum 6 months).
• Applicants must comply with all Malaysian immigration laws and conditions of their visa.

All fees displayed on our website are in USD unless otherwise stated and include our service charges. Fees are payable at the time of application submission.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

Malaysia eVisa does not guarantee visa approval. We assist in preparing and submitting applications, but the final decision rests entirely with the Malaysian immigration authorities. We shall not be held responsible for any visa rejection, delay, or cancellation.
